Fax or mail the documentation along with the registration form to the fax or address listed on the form.
Buyers must pick up their badges at the show site. A $10.00 fee per badge will
be charged for replacements.
Guests/Students
No children
under the age of 14 will be allowed, including infants.
Guests may not be pre-registered and will be required to register on-site. Guests are also required to present photo identification and be accompanied by a buyer from that company to register on-site.
Each buyer company may have one guest for free and three additional guests at a
cost of $25.00 each.
Students currently enrolled in a gemstone or jewelry educational institution must register on-site. You must provide a current student ID from the school as well as paperwork showing recent completion of a course. All information provided must be in English.
Students and guests are not permitted to bring guests.
All attendees will be required to show photo identification the first time they enter the exhibition hall. Badges must be worn at all times in the exhibition hall.
FOR REGISTRATION AT THE SHOW
If you miss the deadline date for advance registration, you will be required to register at the show.

If you register at the show site, you will be required to present the following information to our registrars:
1. Copy of company ’s tax exemption certificate or business/resale license.
2. Photo-identification and a business card
WGJ reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a buyer is qualified to attend the show based on the information provided by the registrant.
